You have to apply yourself, with a daily schedule of at least one hour per day for study, to learn a new language.
You have to "Step out of your Box" or comfort zone of regular friends... and take the INITIATIVE to introduce yourself to English-speaking friends or other international people for friendship... Keep it simple and just try to start a new friendship... Life is a ONE WAY TICKET !!
